"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

Excuse me, Zekaryah, I made a rather important decision on your Edd group, but it's not really my call, as I am not the owner of this group.
Nevertheless, the new rule is up there, but it's filled with my personal opinion. Since you are the group's founder, do you want me the shut the fuck up and just accept the newest EddxKevin fad or keep the rule up for the time being. What the rule is trying to say is that it wants to know if these fans are honest, and therefore wait it out.
